I've spent years running cleaning operations on the ground — not from an office, but on site, supervising teams and dealing with the realities of what clients in London's colleges, offices and homes actually need. I've seen how some cleaning companies operate, and I wanted to build something different. Maythorn is built on a simple belief: if you treat your team with respect and pay them properly, they deliver exceptional work. Every person on the Maythorn team is vetted, trained and treated fairly — that's the only way we'll operate.
